1st Mission Meeting

Last night, Thursday 6/28/07, we had our fist mission meeting. We discussed all kinds of things, from getting our passports (as soon as possible), to what teams within the team we are going to have, to what kind of fund raising events we are going to have.

Here are the teams we have put together:
1. Prayer team
2. Fundraising Team
3. Promotions Team
4. Document Control Team

We have airfare planned and nailed down. Things are going great. We look forward to getting everything solidified as the months go on.

We're Started

So, this is our first post on "The Cause" website. This is a website to facilitate discussion about our trip to Nicaragua. This is a place to get information about what we are doing and all the stuff happening with the mission group!!!

We are 13 people who are taking some time, in November 2007, to go to Managua, Nicaragua to help with a mission by Forward Edge International. This will be a great tool for all of us to keep up to date and know what's going on.
